Our accommodation comprises of the following rooms:
8 Double Bedrooms:
We have eight double bedrooms, three of which have balconies over looking the walled garden and marina. An additional two have enclosed private balconies.
2 Twin Bedrooms:
We have two twin bedrooms, one with outside seating area.
Family room
This large room contains a king size bed with pull out sofa bed
All rooms have luxury kingsize beds and are ensuite with pressure showers, heated towel rails, heated floors, and anti-fog mirrors.
All and have direct dial telephones, tv, tea & coffee making facilities, free wi-fi is also available.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is included and we offer a wide variety to suit all dietary requirements. All of our produce is locally sourced and freshly prepared. We offer the following menu:
Irish oatmeal porridge with pouring cream
Traditional Irish Breakfast of bacon, egg, sausage, tomato, black & white pudding
Crepes with fresh fruit, glazed with maple syrup
Omlette with bacon, cheese & tomato
Scrambled eggs with Irish smoked salmon

Parking:
Parking for motorcycles & bicycles is available on site. A car park is available a 2 minute walk from the property. Visitors are adviced that renting a car to see the sites is not necessary as our property is located in the centre of the town.
Special requirements:
Your hosts Ann and Pat are on hand to arrange bookings of restaurants, excursions, golfing, sailing, walking tours and more. Simply email us with a request of the activities you wish to sample and we will do the rest!
Wine corkage station
Also available for our guests pleasure is a wine station containing ice-making machine & wine glasses, should you wish to bring a bottle back to enjoy on your balcony.
Free wi-fi available for guests
For surfers, sailors & golfers there is storage available for boards and equipment.
